User Terms – VN Trade

Welcome to VN Trade. By accessing and using the platform, website and related services (collectively the "Services") of VN Trade, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of use (the "Terms") set out below. Please read carefully before using the Services. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use our Services.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following terms are understood as: "Platform" or "Website" means the websites, applications and interfaces provided by VN Trade for users to conduct time-based securities trading. "User", "You" or "Customer" means the individual or organisation that registers an account and uses the Services. "Transaction" means the action of placing a Buy or Sell order within a 1-minute or 2-minute time frame on the Platform. "Account" means the account you create on the Platform after registration and verification as required by VN Trade.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age under applicable law and have full legal capacity. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to update it when it changes. You may not use the Services if you are prohibited by law in your country or territory of residence, or if you have previously had your right to use the Services terminated for breach of the Terms or applicable law.

3. Account Registration and Security

You need to register an account with email and password, and may be required to verify your identity (KYC) when depositing, withdrawing or when VN Trade deems it necessary. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You must notify VN Trade immediately if you discover unauthorised access or disclosure of your login details. VN Trade is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account secure.

4. Use of Services and Transactions

The Services allow you to conduct time-based securities trading (1 minute or 2 minutes) by predicting price direction and placing Buy or Sell orders. Transaction results are determined automatically when time expires according to the mechanism published on the Platform. You understand that trading involves risk and you may lose some or all of the amount placed. You agree to only use funds you can afford to lose and to comply with investment and gambling laws (if any) in your place of residence. You may not use the Services for illegal purposes, fraud, money laundering or infringement of third-party rights.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Fees

Deposits to and withdrawals from your account must comply with VN Trade's guidelines and policies, including amount limits, payment methods and processing times. VN Trade may require identity verification or additional documents before approving withdrawals. Transaction fees and deposit/withdrawal fees (if any) will be published on the Platform and may change from time to time. You are responsible for all taxes and financial obligations arising from your activity under local law.

6. Account Termination and Limitation of Liability

VN Trade may suspend or terminate your account if it finds a breach of the Terms, fraud, unusual behaviour or at the request of a competent authority. You may request account closure through customer support; in that case, any balance will be handled according to the withdrawal policy. To the extent permitted by law, VN Trade is not liable for indirect loss, loss due to temporary technical failure, third-party failure or force majeure. VN Trade's liability for any event may be limited by law and by separate agreement (if any).

7. Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the Platform (interface, logo, text, software, data) is owned by VN Trade or licensed partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit for commercial purposes without our written consent. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes within the scope of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms and Contact

VN Trade may update the Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after the new Terms take effect is deemed acceptance of the new Terms.
